DUDE IM STILL NOT GETTING MY TONES!!! I’VE BEEN RESENDING THEM ALL DAY AND STILL NOT GETTING THEM!!! ITS REALLY TING ME OFF!!!
im not getting my tones and i sent mine like 5 days ago and ive sent them almost everyday over and over and i still havent gotten them. great job fixing it! :[
i sent some ring tones like 15 minutes ago.
and im starting to doubt imma get them today?.

We send messages as soon as you request them, but sometimes the messages take a while to be delivered.
If you are on a carrier other than Verizon, Try downloading your ringtones directly from our WAP site (mxr.cc). Click here for more info.
If you are on Verizon, please try it again when you get a chance. We just updated our software and it should work better this time.
