Yea! We just switched over to use a new, more reliable way to send messages to you Verizon Wireless folks. You may still see some delays as we work out the kinks, but it should be much better now. The ringtones you download with the new system will be copy protected. That means you won’t be able to forward the message to a friend right from your phone. (That’s a requirement Verizon places on us for sending messages through their system.)
The good news is that free still means free, and you can refer your friends to the website to download the same content.

Yes, my ringtones are copyrighted, but I now receive them much quicker than I have in the past:) It used to take two days for me to receive ringtones from MyxerTones, but now it only takes a couple of minutes. However, the wallpapers that I downloaded were blank when I received them. But besides the wallpaper issue, I’m very pleased with the new, efficient system!
Thanks so much for fixing this, I am glad to finally have some holiday ringtones on my phone, still sad I missed the Halloween ringtones. I noticed if the message does not come within an hour, you should try to resend it and then it should work!

I have a Samsung U740 thru Verizon and am still not getting anything. Is anyone else having the same problem?
All of a sudden it seems to be working again. I had to download it several times-it either came with no sound or the sound was choppy. Now it appears ok.

Although I am recieving the pix messages, the ringtones are not playing.However the delivery service is better than in recent weeks but my pix messages will not play the ringtones.
The ringtones are comming alot faster now…i have like a 10 second wait if that…thank you for the updated service…
I’m def getting the ringtones faster which is much appreciated but some of the sound qualities on the songs I have been requesting haven’t been so great. Anyone else having this problem…it didn’t seem to happen so much before as it is now.

Telecom new zealand say it is illegal for me to recieve a ring tone from anyone outside their network and that i can only download through a music store? unyet telecom is listed in the drop down column in the phone service provider
even though it is free which really sucks i just wanted the muppets ring tone it makes me laugh

The 8830 world phone from Verizon will not accept the @vzwpix.com messages… you need to send it to your regular e-mail then get it from there.
I can get tones that are already on the website, sometimes. It’s a toss-up whether I get ‘em or not.
But ringtones that I make myself never work. I think it’s actually worked one time, out of about 10-15 tries.

wow, excellent! i have verizon and it would take me two or three hours or even a whole afternoon before and just now i ordered a few before i went to bed and immediately i looked down to my phone to see “recieving pix”

the last few ringtones I got were copyright protected like you said they would be….. and once i got them (in a nice timely fashion) i saved them to my ringtone folder, and they worked fine for 1 day. the next day i turned my phone on and none of them would work, and i also can’t delete them from my phone!?! i dont know the cause of this, and i dont know how to get rid of them since they dont work. I tried to look at the file info to see if they were corrupted or something, and when i click on file info, it makes my phone shut off! so confusing!

Thanks bunches for fixing the problem….I finally recieved my ringtones…but theres another problem…the volume on them arnt high. I went to change the phone preferences to -5….& when I recieve the ringtones their not that loud…I like them loud so when Im driving I can hear it.

It sometimes sends me ringtones but a lot of times it does not. When it sends me ringtones I get it in .qcp form. I set if like fifty times too .aac format. It is not working for me.
Has anyone been receiving there’s on their blackberry? I have an 8830 and it try’s to send it to my gmail account in an an attachment and I get an email from: MMSC NDR Administrator stating:
“Message could not be delivered to mobile.
Error: No valid recipients for this MM”

I get the message from that 69937(myxer) but there is no sound…I have a palm treo with verizon…previously though when they came from my email they played, so I would like for them to not come from that 69937 and come from my email address!!!!!!

I have tried to send tones to my phone and have received a message saying it will arrive shortly, but only got 1 and it did not play at all. I can send text msgs with attachments from my email to my phone successfully with minimal lag time. Why should it be any different for MT to send a text message with an attachment?

A L.A. you might need to uncheck that box, in your acct settings if you were getting them no prob before. I think that box was check for us verizon that could not recieve the tones the old way. its check for us the new way.

okay i was wondering if anyone at myxertones could set me up again or start me over because i can’t get any of the ringtones i try to send to my phone and it was working perfectly before but now it’s not and when i try to customize my ringtones it just won’t let me customize them so please can someone at myxertone help me.

My Samsung A90 recieves the pix message, but no sound clip is included. The text just says the name of the song and artist.
But the delivery time is much better!

Looks like it is not working again, in fact even worse than when they never came at all.
I am having the same problem as someone mentioned earlier. I have a samsung and had three ringtones that worked well but would not allow me to edit any of the info and listed under contacts as “default” ringtone. They are now in my phone not working and will not allow me to delete them either. The same goes with the message info when I try to look at it my phone restarts. Any way of removing these?
However all of my ringtones have come in a very timely manner. kudos for that.

Samsung shu740, downloaded 3 tones, now all 3 will not work or allow to be deleted. Email from you said to resend these rings again and then delete again. Now, all i get when I try and download these from the message sent is “MESSAGE RECIEPT FAILED”.

I sent a ringtone I made early this morning to my phone. My phone got a txt and connected to download it…but there was no file . I still haven’t got anything and there’s not one rington I made on my phone anywhere. By the way…I have the Samsung SCH-A870. Verizon has pulled another one. I have a samsung U-740. I downloaded some ringtones and save them as ringtones. Now the show up on my ringtone list with a yellow icon in front of the title instead of a green icon. When I go to assign an individual tone to a specific caller, it automatically goes to the default ringtone. I then tried to delete the ringtone, and it will not let me. I also find it on my V Cast song list. What is going on? Anyone else having any or all of these problems.

yea i get copy right protected on some of the ringtones
it was working for me, but today i had to get my phone replaced and when i went to download the ringtones again it doesn’t work now. it will save as a sound, but verizon’s new software won’t let me set a “sound” as a ringtone. any way to send them as actual ringtone attachments?? i have a solution if u have the samsung u740 somehow the ringtones r cummin up as orange icons instead of green ones which mean they arent gonna work after like 5mins so i suggest if they show up as orange dont keep em cuz u can only delete the ringtone when it works for those of u who have saved them and cant get them out resend the same ringtone from ur recent list save it again an the ringtone will work again then hurry and delete it thats how i got them out my fone iight holla

Okay. So I saw one guy posted earlier that if you are using Firefox they may not work.
Well I’ve been using firefox and only getting a “will be delivered soon” message. So I switched to IE for a moment and sent the same ones. I got the same message instantly, but then the tones arrived not even 10 seconds after the “delivery” message (loud and clear might I add). Score 1 for IE I guess…

I am having the same problem as someone mentioned earlier. I have a samsung and had three ringtones that worked well but would not allow me to edit any of the info and listed under contacts as “default†ringtone. They are now in my phone not working and will not allow me to delete them either. The same goes with the message info when I try to look at it my phone restarts. Any way of removing these?

I have the Samsung U740. I had Verizon replace it after downloading several ringtones and they were not working. I couldn”t erase them. After the new phone came the same problem occured. This time Verizon had to reprogram my phone. I’m afraid I will not try to download anymore tones.

hey i have the U740 and the same problems. i get the ring tones for like 2 hours then my phone shuts off and they wont play or erase but they still work even if i save them to my sounds but they wont work as a ring tone. if you aren’t getting the ringtone with you message go to your settings and click the box send ringtone as attachment. It seemed to work for me. i like the new way because before i used to never even get the message.

I tried to download 3 ringtones. I received them fairly quickly but when I open them there are question marks all over the screen, save as ringtone is not an option, and “save as sound” gives me an error.

I have the U740 and had similar problems where I could not set them to my contacts or delete the ones that arrived and didnt work. I tried again about two weeks later and they came all at once afer a few hours and worked fine. If they show up orange in the ringtone list, they dont work, when they have a green sound icon next to them after saving as a ringtone they will work fine.

Whats going on guys I thought this was fixed??Now all of the sudden everything isn’t working again…I tried three different computers and it isn’t working. Help!!!
What the heck is a sms limit? I sent all kinds of ring tones & pics but only got the pics & some messages that my tones would be along shortly, but never got them. I liked it better when it took a few days to get them cuz there was no limit and at least I knew they were coming. Man VERIZON sucks.

I get the message within 10 seconds. Then I get the ringtone in about a minute, but its a .qcp file. So I have to go to “Help”, and resend it again. Except it never arrives, or it still comes as a .qcp file, even though the format says AAC

i think verizon is trying to start charging for megabyte usuage…and u might want to look into that cause i just got charged for it on my last bill and its somethin new…..and i guess they done got smart or something…well aint that like illegal or somethin if they are getting money off your site….hope it gets worked out cause thats stupid if they are trying to charge ppl now and i think a whole lot of ppl are gonna be pissed off!!!

On my motorola Q9m I used to receive a link that allowed me to download the ringtones. Then It started only getting a link that said deliver ringtone & I would get some of the ringtones. Last week for a couple of hours I started back getting the link to dowload. Then it wouldn’t send any on them, now I get a message “Sorry, we’re unable to send the message at this time. Please try again later.” What’s going on?

-We get that “Information” message everytime
-Sometimes it comes right away, sometimes it doesn’t

Thanks for fixing this! Verizon sucks because they disable a lot of the multimedia features that are built-in to their phones. I got all of my ringtones in 1-2 minutes. I’m off to make some more. Awesome! No more expensive software or unreliable hacks!

Have a Razr from Verizon Wireless. Used the site a couple of months ago…did not work. Heard that it was updated and Verizon people could use it. I downloaded the first two songs with no problems. I clipped 3 more songs and when I clicked send to phone, I got the same message each time…”sorry, we’re unable to send the message at this time. Please try again later. why can’t non-verizon people get ringtones as pic messages as well? i have alltel and tried following the link (which my phone does not do on it’s own i actually had to enter the address) and it said “this ringtone is in use with another device” or something like that so i kept trying and it did the same thing. now usually my boyfriend who has verizon would get the ringtones i wanted from this website and he would get the pic message and just forward it to me which was very simple but now he can’t send them.

hey i have the venus and all i am getting is wallpapers and not the ringtones at all. not even a “your order will arrive shortly”.. or anything of the sort. plus the wallpaper took a couple of hours to get to me.

i was downloading a few ringtones last night and everything was working tip top. tonight i tried to do a few more and now it is back to doing the same old thing. which is not showing up at all, not even the preliminary message telling customers that it will be arriving shortly. is it possible that because of the new system you people use, there is a great volume of usage possibly slowing it down?

Yeah got mine in 1 minute only bad thing is they changed the formate and they are DRM protected now so you cant like attach the sound to a picture message or anything

The actual downloading of the ringtone onto my song is pretty spiffy, but it takes almost a full day for it to get to my phone.

I have a samsung u740 and im receiving the ringtones fine but its weird cuz the icon next to the ringtone is gold instead of green like the old ones. Is that because of the copyright? Also if i turn off my phone and turn it back on the ringtones will stop playing and i cannot delete them. Also if open the file info on them my phone shuts off.

The Verizon 10 ring daily limit SUX !!!
Every one with the U740 this is what you have to do. when you get the ringtones lock the message and save the ringtone and everytime the ring tone erases go to the memory on the fone and delete all music. then go back to the ringtone message you locked and save it again it will work now for alittle until your fone shuts off again. ik it suck and its complicated so mixtones fix it so i dont have to do all this shit k thanks

I’m confused, none of the ringtones are attached to the pix messages I’ve sent. Ive shortened the ringtones, and tried everything! It doesn’t work on the higher end Verizon phones anymore. Like the Motorola Q9m. It use to work fine with it..They messed it up.

I noticed that we can no longer forward ringtones to anyone but my nephew said he still could which he had an older verizon phone and I have the new Chocolate so I changed my type of phone I had to his, which is a Motorola E815 and now it lets me forward them again. Verizon can’t keep us from getting and forwarding ringtones. Hahahaha

Try resetting your SMS address to default. I kept getting the messages from myxertones without the ringtones attached. I reset my SMS address and now it works! Heck yeah!!!!!!!!!!

I just jumped on the site because my girl told me about it and this shit straight as hell. I got a Verizon phone (Voyager & 9400) and I get ringtones and wallpaper just fine. It takes all of 30 seconds for me to get my shit. As long as no suprise charges pop up on my phone bill we good. I’ll tell my folks about this site so yall can keep shit poppin, ya dig. refresh your phone, and that basically
makes your phone brand new, no pics
or ringtones, phonebook, etc. you need
to back it up, and re-do everything

Why do I have to text the number to 69937, instead of the songs just getting sent to my phone directly from the website? But other than that, I’m getting my songs – it comes about 2 hours later – but nonetheless, I’m getting them.

YA Verizon is a bunch of jack a’s, they’ll do anything to prevent people from sharing once they get the messages. Because verizon to verizon is free but, you only get a certain number of text/pics you can receive/send from non verizon before they start charging you!!! Pay attention to how many you get. Cause with the new way you get two messages when you send one thing!!!

i have sent many ringtones to my phone but i have not recieved any! im using the moto q 9m…does that have something to do with me not recieveing them…i get a message that says that it will arrive shortely..then it arrives but there’s no sound just a message that says what it should be…please help me because i really want the tones…

The new system was working great up until last week i kept recieving a message “we are unable to send the message at this time” or something to that effect. Why is that i haven’t been able to get anything for like a week or two? Other then that i was recieving messages in like 10 seconds. Any help?

People…If you have a Samsung U-740, The only thing you can do is go to Verizon and have them re-install the software. First go to TOOLS ON THE GO and save your contacts, so after the software is re-installed you can get your contacts back. (There is no charge on certain plans.) That is what I had to do. Then I was able to download a few ringtones with no problems. I will not download anymore (I have 10) and take the chance of screwing up my phone again.

k so…. I sometimes get the tones and sometimes dont…. frustrating since you get charged for it as well. The sound quality is also not to my liking…. it comes as .qcp file….. the quality sucks that I don’t want to set it as my ringtone…. so I played around with My Account page… and went to the change phone pref. There, I was able to change the song format to be sent as MP3….. then I resent the song and for some reason there’s a yellow-ish colored icon, instead of it being green…. don’t know if that’s a good thing or not. The problem is, that format seemed to have clearer quality, but the song lasts like only 4 seconds….. so…. how do I fix this?

After uploading 8 of my home-made ringtones and sending them to my Razr2 V9M phone, I received this error message from your site:
Sorry, you have reached the daily SMS limit for Verizon users. You can send more ringtones in 24 hours.
I called Verizon Tech Support, told them I paid for UNLIMITED TXT/PIX/FLIX on my plan. They said RINGTONES are a seperate issue and they do not limit them, that the website I am using has the limit.
Spoke with another Tech last week, she said that Verizon had just implemented a new Platform and that was why the VZWpix site was down.
So… hmmm… we know it’s not Myxertones implementing the limit.
It’s Verizon making us their BETA TESTERS for their new platform!
So, we wait, we hope, we get over it, we get on with life… LOL!

I am receiving the PIX texts however there is no ringtone attached. Anyone have any idea? Before this new switch I could send them with no problem however now I seem to be getting no sound with the text.
this new way is so much better. i get the texts very quickly. a couple problems i do have with it though is that it sends the first couple ringtones in .aac format, which is clear, and then .qcp format after that. i think this is just because i have the old razr though. also, apparently i have a limited amount of rintones i can send per day. whats up with that? but thank you so much for fixing it!!

Then ontop of that, it tells me that I have reached my max SMS limit for verizon customers when I try to have the ringtone sent again to see if it will play when I open it. So I can’t even try for another 24 hrs to get the ringtone again. I enjoy this site, but really something needs done about those setbacks. It’s disappointing.

So I used to have a Razor with cingular, they always worked fine. Now I have a Razor V3m with Verizon. I can save the ringtones but its save they to my sounds. When I go to set as ringtone it doesn’t give me that option. All I can do is ERASE, ERASE ALL, and SOUND INFO. Can anyone help me with this problem. I love your site, but verizon is making it really hard on your users. Thank you so much for your time. I hope that we can figure this out.

Good job on fixing the problem, except i did find one flaw: the ringtones sent to my phone start out as a .qcp file (I am a Verizon User). When i go to the resend page, i tell it to send the ringtone as an .aac file, but it still comes back as a .qcp file. I manage to get it right after about 10 times. Could someone please explain why this is happening?

He has the same as phone and carrier (Verizon) with all of the same settings. Its got to be something in my Myxer acct or somthing. What’s the difference between a .qcp file and a .aac file? I’ve received files in both formats. I also got the message about reaching the SMS limit… but lucky me, I managed to get 9 ringtones before then. Everything came fast though. So I was just wondering if the format matters or not.
And, of course, I have Verizon. If it matters, it’s a V3m razr. (The most useless phone ever!)

yea i love this website a lot, it was working a little better before, like sometime in the middle of december. i still get my pictures really quick, but the ringtones are a little more stubborn, every once in awhile one will come right through, but sometimes they wont come at all, but i cant complain too much, it is still working a lot better than it was and it is a lot better than paying $2.00 for every single ringtone, like i would have to do if you guys werent here. thanks for everything!

Well this site was working much better for me before you “fixed” it. I used to get my tones and pix right after I got the message that it would arrive shortly but now I haven’t even gotten one message saying that yet. I don’t like this new stuff…change it back. I’m still happy to see that many of you are receiving the messages we are sending. We are continuing to tweak the way we send message to Verizon phones and we just updated our software again yesterday afternoon. Please try it again when you get a chance. Things still are not perfect, but they should work better.

I have the new LG 8350 and I have sent many ringtones and wallpapers, I have recieved some but not all of them. I have been trying to get Gunpowder and Lead and Suspicions but have yet to recieve them, and I sent them yesterday. I have sent other ringtones at the same time and since then but have not recieved those particular ones. Help. I really want these.
My problem is receiving the message. I get it, but no “sound file is attached.” What’s weird is that the txt message file is pretty big.. over 200 kb. It only has the song file, but the arrow at the top isn’t moving. I’ve used this site in the past, and it’s worked perfectly. I even tried to make my file less than 10 seconds.. but it still doesn’t work. Anyone else having this problem?
My ringtones are not sending =(
i get all of my ringtones but i can never get all my pics like if i send 3 i’ll get one maybe none i have an EnV.
alright so my verifacation number will not come to my phone,and i need it to get any ringtones i wantt.
pleaseee help!

i have not got any ring tones yet it has beena long time .i have already register aaaaaand it still has not cccame cross my phone

After you guys posted this in December i was getting them heckka quick. However it’s doing what it use to do. =[
uhm, im getting all my ringtones now it just takes them a few minutees to a half hour, but that works for me :]
mine are taking wayyyyy longer than before.
i used to get them in like two minutes but now it takes like 15 minutes.
I have the Samsung u740 and I get my ringtones within a few minutes. The ringtone worked fine but then I noticed its saves as an mp3 too, so I erased the mp3 and went to play the ringtone and it didn’t play at all. I tried to erase it and it said it erased but it was still there. I have about 7 ringtones that won’t erase and won’t play the music even though it played for the first couple minutes I had it. I don’t know why it’s doing this because I’ve been using myxer for almost a year on my phone and it’s never done this before. Is there anything I can do?
It was working all through December.
And now it’ll work one day…and it wont work the next.
Is there something that I may be doing wrong or is it just the company?

I get my ringtones but THEY STOP PLAYING AFTER A WEEK OR SO!!! does this happen to anybody else? how do i fix this?

I have the same phone and I am having the exact same problems!!! i erase it but it is still there!! and there are yellow bells to the left instead of the green bells. Weird!!

I get the information texts saying my tones will be sent shortly, and i dont receive them. Seems like the sight is bad again??!!
I received the music, but my phone won’t let me save it as a ringtone, it will only let me save the sound. What good does it do to have the sound if I can’t hear it when it rings? Did I do something wrong?
YAYYAY it works again! it took like less then 4 mins to get the ringtones =] thank goooddd. i was starting to miss my ringtones!
i only received 2 out of 10 songs that i requested. it says message will deliver shortly, but then i never get the song. ive waited a week before trying again but i still cant get the one and only movie clip that i want. how do you know what ones you can and cant get. i have received some so i know my phone will accept it.

i still havent recived any of my tones yet with my old phone i would get them in like two minutes now with the phone i have now i dont recive anything at all so whats going on with that?
the last few ringtones I got were copyright protected like you said they would be…..I have a samsung U-740 and once i got them, i saved them to my ringtone folder, and they worked fine for 1 day. the next day i turned my phone on and none of them would work, and i also can’t delete them from my phone!?! i dont know the cause of this, and i dont know how to get rid of them since they dont work. I tried to look at the file info to see if they were corrupted or something, and when i click on file info, it makes my phone shut off! Whats up with that??

I have the samssung i760 and I get the tones very quickly howeverI I am unable to save due to drm protection. What does this mean and can I get around it.
When i send the WallPapers to my phone (Lg Chocolate the older version) it shows up weird when i set as wallpaper in the options menu anyone know how to fix this????????

I think we deserve some real answers, espicially those of us who have been with the site for a while, and those of us who have uploaded content that we can’t recieve on our phones. I used to brag to my friends about how great the site was, but now I am very dissapointed.

my first few were delayed severly and wallpapers seem to take a bit longer but things seem up to pace now recieving wihtin 10 minutes for all of them
the tones come 2 my phone but when i try 2 save it it says DPM protected where i cant save them!!! how can i take the DPM off so i can save these kool ringers?!?!?!

You say this problem is fixed but last time i got a ringtone from here was in october or so. Ive been trying since the problem has been “fixed” but i never get them. Last time I tried was mid December and I still havent gotten squat. It seems like all these other Verizon users are getting theirs but me. I have a Samsung SCH-u740 but I dont think that would make a difference.

I continue to get a message that is from 699-37 that says I will receive my order shortly, but I never get it. Is something wrongh.
i love this site i get them in like less than 8 minutes and they are very loud and have great sound quality and usually verizon takes SEVERAL HOURS like the thing says when you send it to yourself but i have verizon and i love this site
i have the bt50 motorola and i dont know what the prob is but ive tried sendign my tones ITS BEEN A MONTH AND I HAVENT GOT THEM i resent it many times ovr that peroid and still no tones
Hey Diamond,
When you go to save the tones, usually the song has a hyphen in it. (-) Clear the hyphen out of there and you can save them. I had to do that with mine, and i just renamed the tones.
I created 4 ringtones today – got them all right away…with or without the hyphen in the name…then again, I’ve NEVER had a problem with this site – ya’ll rock!!

My ringtones take longer than a few minutes to come. And some come faster than others.
When my mom started using this she couldnt get ringtones because she had verizon. She said they started working better so I tried it and they came in a matter of minutes, but there were two songs I couldnt get, i got one of them after a day, but the other one just wont come.. But I have alot of ringtones now thanks for all of your hardwork and effort!!!!

I’ve been sending help request to the administrators, and have yet to be answered. Nobody can tell me why my cousin and I both have Voyagers, but he is the only one that’s recieving tones. I wouldn’t be upset, but I’m the one posting the tones. WOW!!!
last week i sent a ringtone to my phone & got it immediately. i upgraded phones on friday & tried to send the same ringtone & have yet to receive it (& i’ve tried numerous times). i get the “ringtone will arrive shortly” message, but never the ringtone. also my boyfriend gets all the ones he sends, not always right away, but at least he gets them! i love that this service is free, believe me, i just wish it were a bit more consistent!

I get the useless “your order will arrive shortly” message, well define shortly because I never recieve my ringtones no matter how many times I try. Phonezoo takes a while but this is getting to be ridiculous…

I just got an LG Venus and when I receive my tones, it says something about a receipt not being received or something…
I get my ringtones and wallpapers pretty fast now.. but i dont get all the ones i have sent to my phone! And they are usually the ones i really want the most. But thumbs up they do arrive faster!
Okay so i had the razor and i wasnt getting the song attached to the message. Now i up graded to the env and now i just get the first message saying will arrive shortly. now I don’t even get second one with the song. I liked it better before this was switched, bc at least I got my ringtones even though they took forever.
its not even sending to my phone and i have a brand new phone from verizon.
I got most of mine within minutes. Then last night I sent two to my phone that I was excited to get. It took HOURS to get one of them (recieved it at 11pm) and I STILL don’t have the other one. It was working great til those last two.
Got two out of about 15. My wife got just about all of hers. Seems the users that have the Samsung SCH-u740 see problems. Thats the phone I have and not much luck at all.

Love the system you have now. I am using the Venus from Verizon and the downloads come in just fine.

It seems to be a lost cause, I’ve sent atleast two emails to the administrators with no reply yet. Some people are getting all of theirs, some are getting some, and other folks like me aren’t getting any. I ran and got the Voyager because of this site and I can’t get not one tone, better yet a reply. WOW!!!
At first I was getting ringtones within minutes. I just did 3 songs and i habvewn’t recieved any of them. Its been 2 days. Its really frustrating me. Whatever the problem is please fix it!!!!!

Alright, so I’ve read mixed comments about the LG Chocolate and I’m writing this comment to let you all know the real deal. The short story is that I’ve received numerous ringtones on my very new LG Chocolate through this site. The first couple failed as they were a bit longer. Try 20-25 second clips. It worked for me 8/10 times but the average time I received it did vary from like 10 minutes to an hour or so. Bottom line, I love the LG Chocolate and myxer.com works with Verizon Chocolates. Just be patient and make a shorter clip if necessary. Remember, there is a daily limit of 10 songs/day.
I have the LG EnV (VX9900) and 90% of my ring tones come within 3 min of order. Just want to thank this site for all it does!! You guys ROCK!!!

i still haven’t gotten my ringtones from a few days ago.. it was working good for me like a month ago.. but like Thursday or Friday when i tried to get ringtones and some wallpapers.. only the wall papers came..
great fix, i got my tone in like 30 seconds, but the only prob is i can’t send them to people as a sound, which sucks for somebody that likes to send sound with pics

Thanks. Francis emailed me this morning to ask what was going on, I then explained that only the titles were coming but no attachment. Once I got home from work I check again. (NOTICE) Check your phone preferences in your account settings: check mp3, amr, wav…etc. make sure it’s compatible. later.
Its working perfect now. I haven’t been able to get them for almost 2 months and now its working perfect again. Thanks for tha fix.
